TfL Discoverers

TfL Discoverers is a fun and accessible programme for nurseries and early years settings to explore road safety. It champions key messages for 3-4 year-olds on how they can stay safe around the roads of London.   

Pupils are guided through the lessons by 3 characters – Zeb, Liv and Jaz – as they engage with road safety stories, while learning many other developmental lessons along the way. 

By registering to be part of this TfL-led programme, you’ll receive a pack of resources that are engaging and easy-to-follow for young children.

What’s included? 

• Comprehensive activity guide for preschool leaders including a range of ideas for in-nursery and at home
• Sticker sheets and activity postcards for each child
• Fun Poster designed for your early years setting
• Engaging stories about the three Road Safety Sock characters, Liv, Jaz, and Zeb. 

An Activity Planner has also been created which provides clear signposting of how the resources fit into the Early Years Learning Framework which links to the various elements of young people’s curriculum.
