Working with childhood expert Dr Kimberley Bennett, we’ve created a kit packed with fun, confidence-building materials and activities to use in class.

Our kit includes:

  • Talk about how you’re feeling

With a different activity for every day of the week, it’s a fun way to help kids learn about feelings and develop self-awareness and resilience. When you sign up, you’ll be able to tell us how many kids are in your class, so you have enough resources to go round.

There’s also a Confidence Journal your pupils can use at home with their parents or guardians, packed full of activities and quizzes to help them feel more prepared when they start or go back to school.
