Terms and Conditions

Confidence building kits are issued on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. The first 50 schools to register with pupils aged 4-7 will receive a free kit for their school.

Working with childhood expert Dr Kimberley Bennett, we've created a set of learning materials packed with fun, confidence-building activities to use in class, including:

• A "friendly wee-minder" poster reminding children to celebrate wins
• A draw-on faces activity sheet to help them explore and express different emotions
• Moves action cards to build mind-body connection
• Affirmation display cards to create a positive and supportive environment
• A confidence journal for your pupils to use at home with parents or carers, so they feel more prepared when they start or go back to school
• A teacher guide and activity planner

With a different activity for every day of the week, it's a fun way to help kids learn about feelings and develop self-awareness and resilience.
