Back for its eleventh year, Always Be You offers free period kits for schools and teaching resources designed to empower young people to feel confident in their bodies.

Free period kits

Register with Always Be You for your annual Always and Tampax kits for your students. If your school is eligible, we'll email you when the kits are on their way. Please note there's just one order per school per year, so check with colleagues before registering. Teachers will be asked to confirm their kit number each academic year.

Explore the phases of the menstrual cycle in three 30-minute sessions, introduced by Team GB Olympian Jazmin Sawyers and a science expert.

By sharing her own experience, Jazmine shows students that periods shouldn't get in the way of your sporting potential, and how mastering your menstrual cycle means you can work with your body to achieve greatness.
