The Media Smart UK Ltd prize draw consists of two £100 Amazon vouchers for two teachers who download the Piracy: What’s the big deal? resources from the Media Smart UK Ltd website between 17th October and 30th November 2022 [“the prize draw”].
- To be eligible for the prize draw, you must be currently teaching within a primary, secondary or special school (state-funded or independent) based in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
- To be entered into this prize draw, registered teachers must download a Piracy: What’s the big deal? resource from the Media Smart UK Ltd website https://mediasmart.uk.com/piracy/ by 11:59pm on Wednesday 30th November.
- No purchase is necessary.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and other requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
- Each download will count as one entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries for the prize draw in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
- The winner will be selected at random from the eligible entrants.
- The prize draw winner will be notified via their registered email address by 5.30pm on Friday 9th December 2022.
- The winner must accept the voucher within 7 days of being notified by email.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
- The prize is awarded and dispatched by National Schools Partnership before Wednesday 21st December 2022.
- The Promoter reserves the right in his/her reasonable discretion: a. to add to or to waive any rules and amend these terms and conditions on reasonable notice. b. to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control.
