The tech world needs you and your students!
Samsung wants to inspire everybody to become an innovator. Let’s inspire the next generation of diverse young innovators in tech and shape a fairer future.
Solve for Tomorrow is an annual competition open to young people aged 16-25 across the UK and Ireland designed to inspire ALL learners, regardless of their background to become tomorrow’s problem solvers.
Now in its fifth year and with a brand-new Design Thinking Toolkit, Samsung wants to hear every idea – big or small – on how students could use tech to tackle the problems that matter most to them and turn their ideas into a reality!
Here’s why teachers love it:
- Students collaborate with each other to build their confidence and skillsets
- Participants are supported by a dedicated 1:1 Samsung mentor
- Students gain certification and life experiences that will set them apart
- Participants feel inspired to solve real life challenges
- Spark your students’ interest to potential career paths
What can I use with my students?
This includes:
- NEW Design Thinking Toolkit: An interactive PDF that guides students through the steps of Design Thinking whilst helping them create an entry for the competition in less than 45 minutes! This has been designed to maximise accessibility for SEN students.
- Teacher Delivery Guide
- Competition Poster
All the resources are available are curriculum-linked to Design & Technology, Business Studies and Economics, as well as Biology Chemistry and Physics.
